*What is a Protector Stamp?*

The Protector Stamp is an official endorsement required for Pakistani citizens traveling overseas for employment purposes. It serves as a safeguard for workers by ensuring that their employment terms are verified and that they are protected under Pakistani labor laws.

*Who Needs a Protector Stamp?*

– All Pakistani citizens traveling on a work visa to countries that require a Protector Stamp.
– Individuals who have secured employment through an overseas employment promoter or agency.
– Workers traveling to countries in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and other regions where labor protection is mandated by the Pakistani government.

*How to Get a Protector Stamp:*

1. *Visit the Bureau of Emigration and Overseas Employment (BEOE):* Locate your nearest Protectorate Office. You can find a list of offices on the BEOE website.

2. *Required Documents:*
– Original passport and a photocopy.
– Valid work visa and a photocopy.
– National Identity Card (CNIC) and a photocopy.
– Employment contract or offer letter.
– Two recent passport-sized photographs.
– Bank challan receipt for the protector fee.

3. *Submit Your Application:* Fill out the necessary forms at the Protectorate Office and submit your documents along with the fee.

4. *Verification Process:* Your documents and employment terms will be verified by the authorities to ensure compliance with labor laws.

5. *Receive Your Protector Stamp:* Once approved, your passport will be stamped, allowing you to travel for work legally.

Required Document: 

First of all, you need to arrange the following Documents to stamp Visa, Protector in Pakistan.

  1. A Filled Registration Form.
  2. Work Visa Document.
  3. Valid Passport.
  4. Valid CNIC.
  5. Valid CNIC of Next to Kin ( Wife, Mother, Father, Etc)
  6. Employment Contract / offer letter accepted by the applicant.
  7. Bank Challan for Visa Protector Fee.
  8. Life Insurance Documents. ( OSHC, OVHC)
  9. NOC in case of government servants.
  10. Police Character Verification Certificate.
  11. Medical Fitness Report.
  12. Passport size photo.
  13. Get one Copy of Each of these documents.

 

Visa Protector Fee Structure . 

Below Fee structure applies to all Cities of Pakistan.

  • Welfare Fund ( OPF) Fee: Rs. 4,000
  • Life Insurance Premium: Rs. 2,500
  • Registration Fee: Rs, 2,500.
  • OEC Fee: Rs. 200.
  • Total Visa Protector Fee is Rs. 9,200.

 

Step by Step Process in Pakistan:

  1. Visit your Local Protector Office Early in the morning with all the required documents.
  2. Submit the CNIC and passport for document verification.
  3. On the next window, submit all the documents to the designated windows.
  4. wait for few hours until your passport is stamped.

After the visa protector stamp in Pakistan, you can travel abroad on a work Visa.
